Christianity has a vital role to fulfil in education. The reason why it is important to study the Historical Jesus is because it is through Him that true faith and Christianity has been established by - it is by His life and deeds that we learn to reflect within ourselves what is morally good, in order to live blessedly and fulfilling on this Earth.
Since there are generations that were not around during the miracle of Jesus’ life and death, studying His life, can truly help people understand the face of faith that started with Him, our Lord.
Jesus Christ known for being the son of God, this beliefs need to be deepen in order to understand how Jesus Christ is really important for the rest of our life
Jesus Christ is the savior, the one who sacrifice his love in order to save us in our sinful doings.
It is through studying the Historical Jesus, can we achieve a more solid definition of who Jesus was and how He was as both a person and a living miracle.
This type of research and studies delves deeper in understand rather than the more traditional teachings, as scientific and academic attributes, such as analyzation and various research techniques are applied in order to close the generational gap between the time of Jesus Christ and the modern times, enabling the Christians around the world today, who study and learn about the Historical Jesus, to gain further understanding and a better connection to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Furthermore, to engage in learning about the Historical Jesus is also a way on how we as humans and people of God, can reflect and deepen our faiths and beliefs in our Almighty Creator, as it is a way for us to be closer to our religion and the spectacularity that is our God.
It is with this will and initiative to become closer with Jesus that drives us to further both our studies and spirituality to become the better persons God wants us to be, as He wants us to be the best versions that we can be - humans who follow the way of Jesus Christ and value morale, who are modelled in the image of the Lord.
To want to understand the spiritual by making use of the tools we have at our disposal, is what I believe to be a noble act, as it allows us to be resourceful and to try and be honest in this continuous work and pursuit of the truth and faith.
As a Bedan, a Christian, and a student, to learn about the Historical Jesus, I feel it is important as I believe in the goodness of our Lord, and that the reason we have been able to go this far already into diving into such a topic, is because it is His will that we have the capability and resources to learn about Him as He was the living miracle that saved all of us humans from damnation and permanent evil - it was He who taught us that we have the capacity to learn to be good and fight for it, in order to triumph against evil in the eternal war of good versus bad.
Additionally, it is my belief that He wants to equip us with as much knowledge as possible, with the same wisdom he shared to those in the community during His time, and that the reason on why there is such thing as the Historical Jesus, because it is our way for us to be able to do so and continue to learn His teachings, even after centuries of His death and resurrection.
Jesus is our role model in life and we should learn the Historical Jesus in order to have more knowledge about Christian life from the past. He is our saviour and we are destined to learn Christianity. Our Lord is our saviour and son of God here to bless us every day to fight against chaos and evil happening here on earth.
We as Christians are the children of God and Jesus will always give us miracles in our daily life to put good in our world and to help everyone in need during the hard times in life.
Studying Historical Jesus is amazing because we get to learn a lot about who Jesus really is and how to follow his morals in order for us to become a better person in the future.
